Mark Dedvukaj, MD

Dr. Mark Dedvukaj is a caring and dedicated board-certified physiatrist who specializes in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and interventional pain management. With advanced fellowship training in pain medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, he is committed to providing patients with compassionate, evidence-based, minimally invasive treatments designed to help restore function, reduce pain, and enhance patients’ overall quality of life.

With extensive experience in a variety of interventional procedures, including spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion stimulation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD®), advanced facet interventions, and Botox therapy for migraines, Dr. Dedvikaj is passionate about understanding patients’ unique needs and working to create personalized treatment plans focused on recovery and long-term wellness.

Dr. Dedvukaj has delivered multiple academic lectures on complex pain conditions, musculoskeletal anatomy, and interventional techniques at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He has also presented his research, including a case report on the management of intrathecal granulomas, at national pain medicine forums. He remains active in professional and community organizations. 

In addition to his clinical practice, he has served on the Graduate Medical Education Committee at SUNY Upstate, is a member of the Albanian American Medical Society, and volunteers with the Special Olympics New York.
